Payments
Obviously we are more than happy to make adjustments to your itinerary based on your feedback. However, if or when it meets with your approval, we would request a non-refundable (35%)deposit to secure the bookings and the balance would be due 8 weeks before arrival.
Processing Payments
There are two methods that EGS presently uses to process your payments
PayPal:
- PayPal is a safe and secure online payment system which is designed to protect both the buyer and the seller against any fraudulent payment activities.
- When using this system you will have to create a PayPal account and thus be asked to validate your bank account, home address and telephone details.
- PayPal takes these details to ensure safety for the buyer and the seller. EGS will not hold any of this personal data, it will all be held by PayPal.
- This whole process of activating a paypal account can take between 5-10 days. Learn more about PayPal's conditions of service at www.paypal.co.uk
- This payment system can process Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
International Bank Transfer:
Many of our repeat clients opt for international bank transfer as they have established a relationship with EGS and find the PayPal method both labourious and time consuming. On finalising your holiday package, EGS can send you our bank details.
